Our origin story
From LP frustration to purpose-built platform
SyndTrack started inside a community of over 2,000 real estate syndication investors. After years of conversations with LPs, one frustration came up over and over: there was no good way to track deals across multiple sponsors.
Capital call deadlines buried in email threads. Distribution checks arriving with no easy way to reconcile them against projections. K-1s scattered across a half-dozen sponsor portals with no single view of the portfolio. Every LP was solving the same problem with spreadsheets and hope.
