Our commitment

SyndTrack is committed to providing a usable experience for people with disabilities. We work toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and test key account, billing, document, and reporting flows with keyboard and assistive-technology considerations.

What this statement is not

This is a description of our goal and our process. It is not a certification that every page is fully conformant, and we have not had an independent accessibility audit. Where you find a gap between this commitment and your experience, the gap is real and we want to hear about it.

Reporting a barrier

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using. That combination is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem without going back and forth. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative and to fix the underlying issue.
