In 2023 RealCrowd announced that it had become part of Trinity Investors, and realcrowd.com now redirects to Trinity's site. Trinity describes itself as an asset manager, operator and co-invested sponsor, and says investments made through the RealCrowd Marketplace remain unchanged. We could not find a RealCrowd marketplace on the site today.
